Where are your products shipped from?

We have warehouses in both the U.S. and China, and we’ll ship your order from whichever location has the item in stock and can get it to you quickest!

How long will it take to get my order?

Why are my orders split into multiple packages?

How can I track my order?

If you have a MAELREG account, we recommend you to log in and check it in your account. If not, no worries, usually you will receive an order confirmation email once you place the order.
