Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and for orders totaling $99.99 or more, standard shipping is on us.

Rest assured, we utilize UPS, USPS, or FedEx to determine the most effective shipping method based on your delivery address.

Shipments are sent out Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, with the processing time not impacting the estimated delivery period.

● Mexico requires partial customs duties to be paid, please check on the payment page for details. All import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and these costs are included in the final purchase price.


 

Please note:

1.  Shipping charges are non-refundable

2.  Shipping to remote US islands, such as Hawaii and Alaska, is not included in our free shipping policy. Additional shipping charges may apply to these locations.

3.  Please be advised that unforeseen circumstances like strikes or inclement weather may affect the transit time of your package. For parcels subject to such events, we do not assume additional liability for any resulting delays.

4. During the peak holiday period (November through December), increased parcel volumes may result in delivery delays of 2–5 business days beyond standard shipping times. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely arrival.

5.  MAELREG is not responsible for any order once it has been confirmed delivered from the carrier service. We are not responsible for lost or missing items once the order has been marked delivered. If the wrong address was initially provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

6.  Due to variations in product sizes and stock availability in different warehouses, your order may be split into multiple packages. Please don't worry; you can contact us via email contact@maelreg.com to inquire about specific package details.

7.  MAELREG is not responsible for any damaged packages if you can't provide the efficient photos or video. When you receive your package, if you find that it is damaged, please take a photo or record a video immediately as proof of return or exchange. Please include the outer box and remember to include the tracking number and the product in the box.
